🌿 XEED: SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Handmade or restocked items may require additional time.

2. Local Delivery (Grenada)

We offer: Islandwide delivery. Delivery fees vary by parish or delivery point. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days after processing

3. Caribbean & International Shipping

We ship internationally using standard carriers.
Delivery times: Caribbean: 5–14 business days, International: 7–21 business days

Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable).

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

XEED is not responsible for: Delays caused by postal services, incorrect delivery info provided by the customer, or Customs delays.

If your package is missing, we will assist in filing a claim.

6. Wrong Address

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, additional fees may apply to reship.

7. Pick-Up Option

If you offer pick-up, add: Pick-up is available at Hope Vale Haven, Frequente Industrial Park or other suitable locations by appointment only.
